Ludo IGL Privacy Policy

GENERAL

i. This legal document (hereinafter, “Privacy policy”/ “Policy”) is mandated by and published in accordance with the provisions of Rule 3 (1) of the Information Technology (Intermediaries guidelines) Rules, 2011, and Rule 4 of the Information Technology (Reasonable security practices and procedures and sensitive personal data or information) Rules, 2011.

ii. This Policy is an electronic record in terms of Information Technology Act, 2000 (hereinafter, the “Act”) and the applicable rules thereunder.

iii. Our app “Ludo – Indian Gaming League”, its subdomains, and any associated web-based and mobile applications for mobiles and hand held devices (hereinafter, the “App”) fall within the definition of ‘intermediary’ as defined in clause (w) of sub-section (1) of section 2 of the Act.

iv. The App is operated and owned by House of Gaming Private Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013 and having its registered office at 3 Silver Palace, 880/83 Pali Mala Road, Bandra West, Mumbai, Maharashtra – 400050, India.

v. For the purpose of this electronic record, wherever the context so requires, the terms “you”, “your”, or “Licensee” shall mean and refer to any natural or legal person who uses the App by providing registration data while registering on the App as a registered user using any computer system/ mobile/ handheld device. The terms “Ludo – Indian Gaming League”, “Licensor”, “Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” shall mean House of Gaming Private Limited.

vi. This Privacy policy applies to all users of our App and Website and its integrated systems.

vii. This Policy is a part of and incorporated within, and is to be read along with, our Terms and Conditions for us (hereinafter, “T&C”).

viii. We are committed to protecting and respecting your privacy. This policy together with our T&C sets out the basis on which any personal data we collect from you, or that you provide to us, will be processed by us. Please read the following carefully to understand our views and practices regarding your personal data and how we will treat it.

This electronic record is generated by a computer system and does not require any physical or digital signatures.

Any capitalized terms not defined in our Privacy Policy, have the meaning as specified in our T&C. Your privacy is very important to us. Accordingly, we have developed this Policy in order for you to understand how we collect, use, communicate and disclose and make use of personal information.

We use your Personal Information only for providing and improving the App. By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. · We may collect and store information about you to process your requests and automatically complete forms for future transactions, including (but not limited to) your phone number, address, email, billing information and all types of payment information.

· If you contact us, we may keep a record of that correspondence. We may also ask you for information when you report a problem with our Platform.

Cookies: Our App uses "Cookies" to identify the areas of our App that you have visited. A Cookie is a small piece of data stored on your computer or mobile device by your web browser. We use Cookies to personalize the Content that you see on our App. Most web browsers can be set to disable the use of Cookies. However, if you disable Cookies, you may not be able to access functionality on our App correctly or at all. We never place Personally Identifiable Information in Cookies.

Geographical Information: When you use the mobile application, we may use GPS technology (or other similar technology) to determine your current location in order to determine the city you are located in and display information with relevant data or advertisements. We will not share your current location with other users or partners. If you do not want us to use your location for the purposes set forth above, you should turn off the location services for the mobile application located in your account settings or in your mobile phone settings and/or within the mobile application.
Automatic Information: We automatically receive information from your web browser or mobile device. This information includes the name of the App from which you entered our App, if any, as well as the name of the App to which you're headed when you leave our App. This information also includes the IP address of your computer/proxy server that you use to access the Internet, your Internet App provider name, web browser type, type of mobile device, and computer operating system. We use all of this information to analyze trends among our Users to help improve our App.
Log Data: Like many App operators, we collect information that your browser sends whenever you visit our App (“Log Data”). This Log Data may include information such as your computer's Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, browser type, browser version, the pages of our App that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages and other statistics.

We collect information as to how you interact with our Services, preferences expressed and settings chosen. Our Platform includes advertising services (“Ad Services”), which may collect user activity and browsing history within the LineUp Platform and across third-party sites and online services, including those sites and services that include our ad pixels (“Pixels”), widgets, plug-ins, buttons, or related services or through the use of cookies. Our Ad Services collect browsing information including without limitation your Internet protocol (IP) address and location, your login information, browser type and version, date and time stamp, user agent, LineUp cookie ID (if applicable), time zone setting, browser plug-in types and versions, operating system and platform, and other information about user activities on the Platform, as well as on third party sites and services that have embedded our Pixels, widgets, plug-ins, buttons, or related services.

We collect small amounts of information/data contained in your browser for data analytics. Data analytics help us track your navigation so that we can tailor our offerings to your specific needs.

When you correspond with our customer support team and/ or report problems for troubleshooting, we may collect the contents of the correspondence.

· We collect information as to how you interact with our Platform. Services offered therein, preferences expressed and settings chosen. Our Platform includes the Ad Services, which may collect user activity and browsing history within the Platform and across third-party sites and online services, including those sites and services that include our ad pixels, widgets, plug-ins, buttons, or related services or through the use of cookies. Our Ad Services collect browsing information including without limitation your Internet protocol (IP) address and location, your login information, browser type and version, date and time stamp, user agent, cookie ID (if applicable), time zone setting, browser plug-in types and versions, operating system and platform, and other information about user activities on the Platform, as well as on third party sites and services that have embedded our Pixels, widgets, plug-ins, buttons, or related services;

Under the Child's Online Privacy Security Act, no App operator can require, as a condition to involvement in an activity, that a child younger than 13 years of age divulge more details than is reasonably required. Ludo - Indian Gaming League abides by this demand. Ludo - Indian Gaming League just collects information willingly offered; no information is gathered passively. children under 13 can submit only their email address when sending us an email in our "Contact Us" area. Ludo - Indian Gaming League makes use of the email address to respond to a one-time demand from a child under 13 and afterwards deletes the email address. In case Ludo - Indian Gaming League collects and maintains personal information relating to a child under 13, the parent may send out an email to us to review, alter and/or erase such info as well as to decline to enable any additional collection or use of the child's information.

We analyze the log files of our Platform that may contain Internet Protocol (IP) addresses, browser type and language, Internet service provider (ISP), referring, app crashes, page viewed and exit websites and applications, operating system, date/time stamp, and clickstream data. This helps us to administer the Website, to learn about user behavior on the Website, to improve our product and Services, and to gather demographic information about our user base as a whole.

iv. Sharing Information with Affiliates and Other Third Parties:

We do not sell, rent, or otherwise provide your Personally Identifiable Information to third parties for marketing purposes. We may provide your Personally Identifiable Information to affiliates that provide services to us with regards to our App (i.e. payment processors, App hosting companies, etc.); such affiliates will only receive information necessary to provide the respective services and will be bound by confidentiality agreements limiting the use of such information.

We retain the right to collect and use any Non-Personal Information collected from your use of our App and aggregate such data for internal analytics that improve our App and Service as well as for use or resale to others. At no time is your Personally Identifiable Information included in such data aggregations.

We offer you the chance to "opt-out" from having your personally identifiable information used for particular functions, when we ask you for this detail. When you register for the App, if you do not want to receive any additional material or notifications from us, you can show your preference on our registration form.

vii. Links to Other Apps

Our App may contain links to other Apps that are not under our direct control. These Apps may have their own policies regarding privacy. We have no control of or responsibility for linked Apps and provide these links solely for the convenience and information of our visitors. You access such linked Apps at your own risk. These Apps are not subject to this Privacy Policy. In addition, these Apps may contain a link to Apps of our affiliates. Personal Data is kept in a secured database and always sent out by means of an encrypted SSL method when supported by your web browser. No Web or email transmission is ever totally protected or mistake cost-free. For example, email sent out to or from the App may not be protected. iii. We may share your personal information with our merchants, business partners (including Payment processing companies), and service providers (including vendors, consultants, marketing partners, research firms and any other service provider) and in some instances, the service providers that they use (e.g. customer relationship services). This includes, but is not limited to, all transaction information, order history, contact information (e.g. phone number & email), age and gender.

iv. We may disclose your personal information to third parties: In the event that we sell or buy any business or assets, in which case we may disclose your personal data to the prospective seller or buyer of such business or assets.

v. If Ludo – Indian Gaming League or substantially all of its assets are acquired by a third party, in which case personal data held by it about its customers will be one of the transferred assets.

YOUR RIGHTS

i. When you sign up for an account, you are opting in to receive emails from Ludo – Indian Gaming League. You can log in to manage your email preferences or you can follow the “unsubscribe” instructions in commercial email messages, but note that you cannot opt-out of receiving certain administrative notices, service notices, or legal notices from Ludo – Indian Gaming League.

ii. If you wish to withdraw your consent for the use and disclosure of your personal information in the manner provided in this Policy, please write to us. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

This Privacy Policy and all matters arising out of or incidental to this Privacy Policy shall be governed by the laws of India. Any action, suit, or other legal proceeding, which is commenced to resolve any matter arising under or incidental to the this Private Policy, shall be exclusively subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Mumbai, India.
